Our Italian manufacturer, VIDA Pharma, has developed a process to produce products with adjustable viscosity, customizable by hyaluronic acid’s crosslinking, concentration and molecular weight.
Using the M.M.A (Macro Molecular Alignment) technology, our manufacturer employs heat and direct mechanical extrusion to align cross-linked hyaluronic acid molecules. This ensures smooth gel extrusion from the syringe while retaining the product’s desired viscosity.
2. Precise Gel Distribution
Uptourn fillers adjust cohesivity based on concentration and cross-linking for optimal tissue distribution. The soft product’s lower cohesivity aids in effective distribution, especially in the dermis’s upper layers, boosting hydration.
On the other hand, the Strong and Extra Strong fillers have high cohesivity, ideal for filling and volume.
3. Resilience to Tissue Stress
Uptourn fillers have the ability to adapt and respond to various tissues stresses, such as compression, ensuring long-lasting results.
Uptourn fillers, like Strong and Extra-Strong, have an elastic modulus (G’) over 150 Pas, providing a strong response to both parallel tissue movements and skin projection.

Uptourn Volume
Uptourn Volume is a leading crosslinked hyaluronic acid product for filling areas of the body. It is a low-viscosity hydrogel that is easy to administer and can diffuse into tissues. While its rheological properties are similar to linear hyaluronic acid products like Bio-revitalizer, Uptourn Volume has a highly crosslinked structure that increases its residence time in the injected area and acts as a reservoir of water to keep tissues hydrated longer.
Uptourn Volume is made through innovative production methods to achieve the desired physical properties.
Uptourn Volume has a viscosity comparable to Uptourn Soft but with more crosslinking. Our manufacturing process involves strategic hydration and swelling to maintain the crosslinking while increasing the gel’s volume and diffusion capacity in tissues. This also extends its in vivo residence time compared to unmodified hyaluronic acid and maintains hydration levels.
